This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Lenouar Artificial Intelligence Developing Services LLC ("Lenouar", "we") collects through the Almanexa website and the Almanexa Cloud service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The short version

We collect little, we sell nothing, and your organization's content stays your organization's. The product's entire design goal is that your knowledge does not leave your control, and this policy is written to match.

Information we collect on the website

• Contact form submissions: the name, work email, organization and message you choose to send us. We use them to reply to you and for no other purpose. They go to our inbox and contact records, never into any product database.
• Basic technical logs: standard web server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site working.

The website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share visitor data for advertising.

Information we collect for Almanexa Cloud

• Account information: your name, work email and organization, used to create and administer the account.
• Billing information: handled by our payment provider. Card details are collected and stored by the payment provider, not by us. See Subprocessors.
• Service records: operational information needed to run and secure your instance, such as subscription status and deployment metadata.

Your organization's content

The decisions, outcomes, lessons and other records your organization creates inside its Almanexa instance are your organization's content. Each Cloud customer runs in a dedicated instance, content is encrypted at rest, and we do not read, mine or sell it. We access an instance's content only when needed to provide support you have requested, to comply with the law, or to protect the security of the Service.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use your organization's content to train models.
• We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. See the Cookie Policy.

How long we keep information

Contact enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and for our records. Account and billing information is kept for the life of the account and as required by law. Your organization's content is governed by the Terms: a lapsed subscription suspends access and does not delete records, and we give reasonable notice before hosted data is permanently removed after a prolonged lapse.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law permits. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you specific data-protection rights, we honour those rights as the law requires.

Where data lives

The website and the Cloud service are operated from infrastructure described in Subprocessors. Self-hosted deployments of the core run entirely in your own environment; we receive nothing from them.

Changes

We will update this policy as the Service evolves and change the date above when we do. Material changes affecting Cloud customers will be notified to account holders.
