A subprocessor is a third party we use to help operate the Almanexa Cloud service and that may process customer information as part of that role. We keep this list short on purpose, and we choose providers that let us keep customer content isolated per tenant and encrypted.

Self-hosted deployments of the Almanexa core use no subprocessors: everything runs in your own environment and nothing reaches us.

Current subprocessors

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: hosting for Almanexa Cloud instances and their databases. Each customer runs in a dedicated instance.
• Stripe: payment processing for Cloud subscriptions. Card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us.

What subprocessors never receive

Your organization's content, meaning the decisions, outcomes, lessons and records inside your instance, is not shared with any subprocessor beyond the hosting infrastructure it is stored on, where it is encrypted at rest.

Changes to this list

We will update this page before adding a subprocessor that processes personal information, and Cloud account holders will be notified of material changes.
