When to choose Glean instead
Choose Glean when you have a large, well-documented company and the problem is that people cannot find things. It connects broadly, respects existing permissions, and is a mature answer to enterprise search. Almanexa does not do that job and is not trying to.
When Almanexa is the better fit
Choose Almanexa when the knowledge you are missing was never a document. Why a supplier was chosen, what was expected to happen, whether it worked, and what the organization concluded are not files waiting to be indexed.
