The judgment your organization runs on is worth keeping

Almanexa is the record of what your organization decided, what it expected, what actually happened, and what it learned.

WHY WE BUILT IT

Every organization runs on judgment: the calls people make under pressure, on incomplete information. Almost none of it is written down. When someone leaves, it leaves with them, and the next team pays again for a lesson the company already bought. Now AI systems are making some of those calls too, at a pace no one can review, and usually with no record anyone could defend afterwards.

We built Almanexa so that judgment becomes something an organization owns and improves instead of something it keeps losing. Every decision is recorded with the result it expects, graded against what actually happened, and kept with its outcome, win or miss. Nothing becomes guidance until a person approves it, and nobody approves their own work.

Open by default

The core of Almanexa is open and source-available under BSL 1.1. You can read how decisions are captured, how approvals are enforced and how the record is sealed, before you ever speak to anyone in sales.

For a product whose whole promise is that the record can be trusted, that is the only honest way to ship it. Run it yourself, free, for as long as you like.

Built in Abu Dhabi

Almanexa is built by Lenouar Artificial Intelligence Developing Services LLC, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

That matters for the organizations we serve. Sovereignty was not added late to win a deal; it is the reason the product is shaped the way it is. Your knowledge stays in your environment, under your jurisdiction, and Arabic and English are treated as equals, right to left included.

We are early, and we would rather be judged on what you can verify than on what we claim.

What we believe

AI proposes. People decide.

AI can draft, suggest and argue its case. Nothing your teams rely on goes live until a person approves it, and nobody can approve their own work.

Proof beats promises.

Every decision, outcome and approval lands on a record that cannot be quietly changed, so you can show what happened instead of asserting it.

Your knowledge is yours.

It runs inside your own environment. Your decisions never leave your walls, we never train on them, and you can walk away with everything at any time.

Open by default.

The core is open. You can read exactly how approvals are enforced and how the record is sealed before you trust either of them.

Shared experience, not shared data.

You should be able to use what another organization proved without either of you opening your books. The lesson travels; the data behind it never does.
