Almanexa Hub

Almanexa Hub is where validated experience moves between organizations. One organization publishes approved lessons as signed packs; another installs them. Only the approved lesson changes hands: the decisions, outcomes, documents and identities behind it never leave the environment that produced them.

How it works

1. Publish

   An organization takes lessons it has already approved internally and publishes them as a signed pack. The signature is what lets the receiving side confirm the pack is genuinely from that publisher and has not been altered in transit.

2. Discover

   Other organizations browse published packs by domain and publisher. Each pack states who stands behind it and what the lessons cover, so the decision to install is made with the provenance visible rather than on trust.

3. Install

   A pack is installed into a separate namespace inside your own instance, kept apart from the lessons your organization created. When an answer draws on an installed lesson it says so, so you always know whether the guidance came from your own experience or from someone else's.

What is shared, and what is not

A lesson is the conclusion, not the evidence. What travels is the approved lesson itself; the decisions it was drawn from, the outcomes recorded against them, the documents attached and the people involved all stay in the publishing organization's own environment. That is what makes exchange possible between organizations that would never share their underlying records, and it is why a pack can be useful without being sensitive.

Your experience is an asset

Every validated lesson your organization approves keeps its value after you have used it. Reuse it in your own operations. Publish it to peers, free or at a price you set. And because each lesson records what was decided, what was expected, and what actually happened, it is grounded in a way scraped or synthetic data never is.

You decide what a pack may be used for. A standard license grants organizational use only. If you choose, you can also license a pack for model training, at a separate price you set. The default is always no: training rights exist only where a publisher has explicitly granted them. Almanexa never uses, sells or shares your data itself.

Common questions

Does Almanexa have a hub for sharing experiences between companies?

Yes. Almanexa Hub is live at hub.almanexa.com. Organizations publish approved lessons as signed packs and other organizations install them into their own instance. It is the cross-organization layer on top of the decision memory each organization keeps for itself.

Can we share lessons without exposing sensitive business data?

That is the design. Publishing sends the approved lesson and nothing else. The decisions, outcomes, numbers, documents and identities behind it are never part of the pack, so the receiving organization gets the conclusion without ever seeing the records that produced it.

Do we have to publish anything to use Almanexa?

No. The Hub is optional in both directions. An organization can keep its decision memory entirely to itself, install packs without publishing any, or publish and install. Nothing leaves your environment unless someone in your organization approves it and chooses to publish it.

Can packs be used to train AI models?

Only if the publisher allows it. A standard pack license grants organizational use only. A publisher can additionally grant model-training rights on an offer, priced separately, and that grant is recorded in the signed license the buyer receives. Where no training grant exists, no training use is licensed. Almanexa itself never trains on, sells or shares anyone's data.
