Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Almanexa Cloud service and forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists to protect every customer sharing the platform's infrastructure, and the people affected by what the Service is used for.

You may not

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store or process content you have no right to hold.
• Attempt to access another customer's instance or data, or probe, scan or test the isolation between instances.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, including overloading it, introducing malware, or circumventing usage or security controls.
• Resell, sublicense or provide the hosted Service to third parties as your own offering without a written agreement with us.
• Use the Service to develop a competing hosted offering, consistent with the source-available license of the core.
• Misrepresent the origin of content, impersonate others, or use the Service to produce records intended to deceive an auditor or regulator.

Security testing

We welcome coordinated security research on the terms described in the Security and Vulnerability Disclosure policy. Testing against the hosted Service outside those terms, or against another customer's instance in any circumstances, is prohibited.

Enforcement

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates this policy, with notice where practicable. Suspension for an acceptable-use violation follows the same principle as the Terms: it withdraws access and does not delete your organization's records, except where the content itself is unlawful to retain.
